We’re Jordan and Shalise, a brother-and-sister duo who started HeBrews XI Coffee with a dream to serve great coffee and love people well. What began in a coffee trailer in West Quincy, Missouri, has grown into three locations and three communities we are incredibly grateful to call home.

From the beginning, HeBrews has always been about more than coffee to us. Our heart is to love people well, serve our communities generously, and create a place where every person feels seen, valued, and welcomed. Whether it’s through a cup of coffee, a conversation at the window, supporting someone in our community, or simply making someone’s day a little brighter, we want to use what we’ve been given to make a difference in the lives of the people around us.

We’re so thankful for every customer who chooses HeBrews, every team member who helps carry out this mission, and every community that has welcomed us. We never want to take that for granted.
